“Delaware Young at Heart” (a.k.a DY@<3) is a new group at the DYC for retirees, seniors, and anyone else who would like to participate.

for seasonal schedules.
- Exercise Program, Mondays 7:30pm
- Walking, Tuesdays from 4:15-5pm
- Games including Mah Jong, Wednesdays from 12:30-4:30pm
- Chair Yoga, Thursdays 4:15-4:45pm
Other activities include: trips, guest speakers, cultural events. Come share your ideas, meet new people, get involved, and have some fun!
